This suite is located on the lower level of a beautiful home. Close and convenient to so many things!
Space
This is a truly great space. The suite is located on the ground level of our home. There is a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. There is a full bath and a half bath. There are also plenty of towels, soap, and a washer and dryer. The ceilings a 9 ft so the space is open and airy.
Access
Guest will have access to everything in the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a pocket door that leads to an open room that isn’t part of the suite.
Interaction With Guests

Neighborhood
The neighborhood (Hope Gardens) is great. The majority of the neighborhood consist of single family homes. We’re close to all the interstates, within walking distance of the Bicentennial Mall, Farmers Market, Germantown, and the Capitol. Our neighborhood is considered to be one of the very few downtown neighborhoods – The area is called the Capitol District!
Transit
There is UBER and Lyft, the city bus, cab or The Music City Circuit for transportation around town. We are within three to four blocks of downtown. Walking is also an option!
